What we need

Additional details
We need a better solution to help us manage the location booking process for our community based tax sites. This involves multiple different parties; administration, volunteer managers and on site hosts. We currently use a google sheet which is cumbersome. We are thinking about using Airtable. Can you help us set this up?

- We currently have the locations where we plan on offering our services, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have contact information for the parties involved, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

This project will save us $1,360 , allowing us to focus on delivering excellent customer service
There's a lot of moving parties to confirming events. Our tax season is akin to a four month party. Can you help us manage this process?
