Compensation Plan
Compensation Plan
Project details
What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details
We need to update our benefit plan overall which includes developing a "working from home" policy and possible retirement plan. We also need to review our salary structure.
What we have in place
- We currently have empolyee manual, job descriptions with salary ranges, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have completed an analysis for senior staff (3/10), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,836 , allowing us to create a clear career pathway for our employees, ensure we are providing competitive salaries and a model workplace were employees learn a lot and we can plan for changes in a productive way.
Salaries are changing with the increase of $15 an hour. We have key entry level positions that are hourly and some current salary positions that may turn into hourly. So employees after two years want to be making a significant jump in salary/hourly rate, but for the same job. We are a very flat organization, not much room to grow, so maybe looking at model that embraces the 2 to 3 year cycle employees stay with us and understand how we can make this a positive (fellowship program).

Testimonials
Juan provided a comprehensive report, which I have been able to use to help plan out my staffing strategy. He is a wonderful listener, met every deadline and treat me and my organization with respect. I truly enjoyed working with him on this project.
Helen, HOPE's CEO was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to describe the organization's mission and how the project would impact their ability to grow and obtain the talent that they need to accomplish their long-term objectives.
