What we need
  • A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
  • Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders
What we have in place
  • We currently have our 2020 Impact Report (annual report available on website), which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a theory of change model, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $12,550 , allowing us to activate more people, ideas & property for the thriving of our communities. Specifically allowing us to launch project consulting of our Good Acres program.

Thank you for considering helping our organization with this project. We are in a growth phase. We have refined our programs and mapped how they work together in our theory of change. These metrics will help us internally stay focused and make sure we are putting resources in the right places and externally to tell our story and invite additional partners and funders into this work.

  • Professional communicates with the Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session to establish goals for the project

Milestone 1: Analysis of Activity
  • Professional conducts research and analysis to determine the best metrics to track and methods for outcomes measurement and shares the information with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to the Professional on the metrics and measurement methods suggested
  • Professional incorporates Volunteer Manager’s feedback

Milestone 2: Final Deliverable
  • Professional identifies final success metrics and the inputs necessary to track and calculate them, and shares this information with the Volunteer Manager
