What we need
- A training delivered in person or online to team members within the Organization
- Written or virtual training materials that can be used for future trainings
- Advice on frequently asked interview questions
- Recommendations for next steps to continue to improve interviewing skills
Additional details
Over the course of the next month, we will be posting and seeking to hire 3-6 individuals in various positions. We have a solid team in place, and would like to add valuable key members to grow our capacity. I'd like to get some training on developing questions, interview techniques, identifying red flags, and evaluating candidate's responses.
What we have in place
- We currently have Job Descriptions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have vacancies, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,955 , allowing us to move our program equipment into storage for 6 months to increase office capacity for the new team members!

What we do
disABILITYsa works to connect those living with a disability to the resources in the community, identify gaps in services and ways to fill those gaps, strengthen and connect disability service organizations, and advocate in areas that promote greater independence and inclusion of those living with a disability in our local community.
